Cancellation Timeframe

After making the purchase, the customer has 24 hours to submit a cancellation request before the item goes to the production stage. We will be happy to process the full refund.

After this 24-hour period, your order will be put into production and can no longer be changed. We can always correct/change your shipping address before it is shipped.
